JOHN TRAVOLTA AND OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN, TOGETHER AGAIN

More than 30 years after starring in 'Grease', the famous actors their voices back together to release a Christmas album.

Produced by Universal Music Enterprises, the album 'This Christmas' with the collaboration of Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, James Taylor, Chick Corea, Kenny G and Cliff Richard.

The work will include the song 'I Think You Might Like It', a kind of sequel to the hit 'You're the One That I Want' from the film 'Grease' composed by the same author, John Farrar.

"We went perfectly with this project," Travolta said while Newton-John stressed the importance of 'You're the One That I Want "in their careers.

"If not for that song, we would not be here talking about it 30 years later," admitted the Australian.

'Grease' became a classic American musical after its premiere in 1978 and tells the impossible love between the young rebel Danny Zuko (Travolta) and a student named Sandy Olsen (Newton-John) when the two meet at a California school.

The two artists will donate the income they generate download to their respective charities, Jett Travolta Foundation and Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in Melbourne.

The album, whose cover appear Travolta and Newton-John smiling and surrounded by gifts, consists of 13 songs and will go on sale for $ 13.99.

JOHN TRAVOLTA EMERGED VICTORIOUS TRIAL FOR DEFAMATION

Superior Court of Los Angeles yesterday rejected a complaint from a writer who accused John Travolta and his lawyer defamatory.

For several months, John Travolta is in turmoil. After suffering several complaints of sexual assault, the actor of "Pulp Fiction" today to rejoice: he has just won one of his (many) judicial battles. Following these publications, the lawyer for John Travolta sends a letter to "Gawker" to deny the allegations of Robert Randolph. Marty Singer said there including the author must  "have suffered a brain injury" and had to "spend time in a psychiatric hospital" to write such nonsense.

Letter "sent in good faith"
Following this letter, Robert Randolph decides to sue John Travolta and Marty Singer for defamation. In its complaint, the author claims that the actor and his lawyer "violated (his) reputation questioned the quality of (his) work, believing that (he) was not a source of reliable information ". Slanderous allegations which have had an impact on sales of his book, he says.

Yesterday, a judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles dismissed the complaint of Robert Randolph, arguing that the letter Marty Singer was not defamatory because she was sent "in good faith" in response to "significant litigation" and John Travolta 's lawyer and thus had the right to discredit the author publicly. The judge also noted that Robert Randolph had "provided no evidence" that the letter of Marty Singer had any impact on sales of his book.
